Metal roof painting in Montreal

In this project completed in Montreal, our team carried out a full restoration of a residential metal roof by applying a modern metallic grey finish. The objective was to restore a like-new appearance while ensuring long-lasting protection against the elements.

The work began with a thorough inspection, followed by high-pressure cleaning to remove contaminants and surface rust. Areas more severely affected were then treated to stop corrosion and ensure optimal adhesion.

We applied a high-quality elastomeric coating — the Uniflex system by Sherwin-Williams — known for its durability in Quebec’s climate conditions. The metallic grey finish provides a contemporary look while maintaining excellent color retention over time.

Result: a fully revitalized roof, protected for many years, and a significantly improved property appearance — all without the cost of a complete replacement.
