Complete house and roof painting in Saint-Rémi

In this project in Saint-Rémi, our team undertook a complete exterior transformation of a residential property, including painting the roof, siding, brickwork, and garage roof.

The work began with meticulous surface preparation, including high-pressure cleaning and treatment of the necessary areas to ensure optimal adhesion and maximum durability.

We then applied a high-quality elastomeric paint to the metal roofs in a modern black finish, providing long-lasting protection against the elements and UV rays. The sides of the house were painted in an elegant gray with black accents, creating a contemporary and harmonious contrast that highlights the property's architecture.

The brickwork was also painted using a specialized system, modernizing its appearance while maintaining its strength.

The result: a completely transformed property with a modern and uniform look, offering enhanced protection for years to come—all without having to replace the existing materials.
